Simple 15 minutes, 30 sec on / 30 sec off jumping rope. Goal of 100 jumps per 30 sec. Alternating through different variations of:

  • Forwards
  • Backwards
  • Single foot
  • Doubles
  • Alternating feet
  • Etc.
