- Warm up
- 150 Rope jumps forward
- 150 Rope jumps backwards
- Easy jog on the treadmill, 2 miles

Simple 15 minutes, 30 sec on / 30 sec off jumping rope. Goal of 100 jumps per 30 sec. Alternating through different variations of:
- Forwards
- Backwards
- Single foot
- Doubles
- Alternating feet
- Etc.
